ORAL AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Oral presentations should be granted with 7 (seven) minutes to present the study followed by 3 (three) minutes discussion.
Posters should be prepared in electronic (e-poster) in JPEG format with dimensions of 1081 x 1918 pixels. The resolution should be 300 DPI.
Authors should keep their poster presentations electronically.
Poster presenters must be present and stand by their poster during their assigned poster session.
Oral presentations and posters will be prepared in English. The authors will be able to present their oral presentations in Turkish or English according to their preferences.
Unpublished posters and non-presented oral presentations will be removed from the abstract book.
In order to submitted abstracts to be accepted, the authors must complete the registration and pay the fee by 30 October 2018.
Three (3) presentations (oral/poster)can be submitted with a one (1) congress registration fee.
The Congress meets the academic incentive criteria.
As the posters will be displayed on the electronic panel, they should not be printed. It is sufficient to install the oral presentations and posters to the system electronically.
After the names and surnames of the authors are entered, a number for the institution name will be indicated in parentheses. If all authors are in the same institution, there is no need to specify a number.
After a specified number, a "*" mark will be placed next to the number of the responsible author. If all researchers in the study are working in the same institution, it is sufficient to put a (*) after their first and last name.

Once the necessary virus scanning is performed, the posters will be loaded into the electronic panel and the oral presentations will be loaded on the computers. There is no need to print the posters.
